"By integrating high-speed signal integrity engineering with automated assembly practices, Zyqora supplies global industries with physical link connections that withstand high levels of electrical noise, harsh weather, and thermal stress."
Quality control at Zyqora is managed by a structured testing matrix executed by 42 dedicated quality assurance professionals. Every batch of products—whether a precision Gigabit RJ45 connector or a 25G SFP28 transceiver module—undergoes an end-to-end testing cycle. This process begins with strict raw material quality control (IQC), moves through in-process inspections (IPQC), and is finalized with optical performance evaluation, physical stress testing, system compatibility verification, and final quality control (FQC).
To sustain rapid production capabilities and meet changing project timelines, Zyqora has built an extensive supply network containing more than 860 qualified supply chain partners. This robust structure enables secure access to critical electrical contacts, certified polymer resins, magnetic cores, optical diodes, and precision-stamped shielding elements. It ensures consistent raw material supply, stable pricing, and fast turnaround times even during supply chain challenges.
Zyqora supports the shifting engineering needs of next-generation physical interfaces through comprehensive OEM and ODM support. Last year alone, our engineering team designed and qualified 168 new product variations to support client-specific form factors, customized latch mechanisms, integrated magnetics, custom pin-out architectures, and client-defined housing colors. Our R&D team consists of 65 skilled engineers specializing in high-speed copper lines, RF layout optimization, electromagnetic compatibility design, and optical alignment. Zyqora provides full support from schematic design and mechanical modeling through to compliance testing and volume production.

Exploring the evolution of copper-based physical interfaces, signal integrity innovations, and high-frequency shielding strategies.
As bandwidth demands push past 1Gbps toward 10Gbps and 40Gbps over copper, the physical RJ45 interface requires continuous mechanical refinement. Cat6A and Cat8.1/8.2 systems require precise impedance matching to prevent insertion loss, return loss, and crosstalk (NEXT/FEXT) at frequencies up to 2,000 MHz.
Modern external RJ45 connectors feature integrated electromagnetic compatibility shielding. Using tin-plated brass housings and grounded shield tabs, our designs block external noise in dense environments, protecting signal integrity from RF interference and high-voltage surges.
With PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt) delivering up to 90W–100W of electrical power alongside high-speed data, connector contacts must handle significant thermal loads. Zyqora uses high-grade copper alloys with selective gold plating to minimize contact resistance and prevent heat buildup in sealed environments.
Our high-reliability physical interfaces are designed to support and protect connections in demanding operating environments worldwide.
Outdoor wireless networks, base stations, and microcells are subject to extreme weather, humidity, and temperature shifts. Zyqora's external RJ45 connectors feature IP67 and IP68 rated bayonet locking housings. These heavy-duty assemblies protect active copper lines from water ingress, dust contamination, and UV breakdown, ensuring reliable performance in harsh outdoor environments.
Industrial environments subject connection components to mechanical vibration, chemical exposure, and electromagnetic interference from heavy machinery. Our vertical and horizontal modular jacks are built with vibration-resistant solder profiles and robust locking tabs. This design prevents signal drops on factory floors running EtherCAT, Modbus, or PROFINET control networks.
In enterprise data centers, managing space while maintaining high transmission speeds is a critical challenge. Zyqora provides high-density multi-port RJ45 modular jacks (such as 2x6 and 2x8 port arrays) and copper SFP transceivers. These products help system integrators maximize port density and integrate fiber switches with copper network nodes.

The global networking hardware market requires manufacturing partners capable of balancing precision with flexible scaling. Zyqora addresses this through a localized Factory 4.0 production framework that integrates automation, material quality control, and streamlined shipping operations.
Our manufacturing lines feature high-speed automated insert molding, automated terminal stampers, and computerized optical inspection (AOI) units. Automating pin insertion and solder paste printing reduces the risk of human error, maintaining pitch alignment tolerances within 0.02mm. This precision is critical for maintaining differential impedance requirements in Cat6A and Cat8.2 RJ45 connector designs.
Our extensive network of over 860 partners ensures a reliable supply of raw materials, including engineering plastics like liquid crystal polymers (LCP), copper-nickel alloys, gold plating solutions, and specialized magnetic cores. This diversified material network helps protect our production schedules from regional shortages, maintaining stable lead times and consistent pricing for our clients.
Supply Chain Security Statement: "Zyqora maintains a raw material buffer for high-running OEM SKUs. This backup stock helps protect our manufacturing schedules against sudden global logistics shifts and raw material price fluctuations."
To support high-reliability environments, Zyqora's validation laboratory simulates real-world conditions for our connectors. We conduct environmental testing, including thermal cycling from -40°C to +85°C, humidity exposure testing, vibration analysis, and mechanical strain testing. These tests ensure our external connectors perform reliably over long operational lifespans in telecom cabinets and industrial machinery.
Our engineering, documentation, and quality control systems are designed to align with international regulatory frameworks and simplify global sourcing.
Our products meet international environmental and safety standards. All component materials are fully compliant with RoHS and REACH directives, certifying they are free from restricted substances. Furthermore, our production practices and designs conform to UL 1863 safety standards for communications-circuit accessories, as well as IEC 60603-7 and CE/FCC requirements.
We support global procurement with complete document packages, including detailed 2D/3D CAD models, material safety data sheets, RoHS declarations, and compliance reports. Our engineering team assists procurement and system design engineers with layout planning, design reviews, and trace impedance verification to simplify system integration.

Integrating the isolation transformers, common-mode chokes, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) components directly inside the shielded metal housing of the RJ45 jack (commonly called a MagJack or ICM) offers several key benefits. It saves valuable PCB area on the main system board, simplifies route layouts, and locates the magnetic shielding close to the cable interface. This design improves noise isolation and minimizes electromagnetic coupling with surrounding high-frequency components.
Zyqora runs a dedicated compatibility laboratory equipped with switches, routers, and network interface cards (NICs) from major manufacturers (including Cisco, Zyxel, Juniper, Arista, HP, and Dell). Every transceiver is programmed with vendor-specific EEPROM coding, checksums, and firmware configurations. The modules are then functionally tested in original host systems to verify link initiation, diagnostic monitoring (DDM/DOM), and error-free operation over extended workloads.
We supply external RJ45 interconnect configurations rated up to IP67 and IP68. These designs feature bayonet or threaded coupling nuts, silicone O-ring gaskets, and UV-resistant, high-impact thermoplastic outer shells. This construction prevents water ingress under continuous immersion and keeps dust out of the contacts. It is suited for outdoor 5G small cells, security cameras, and marine industrial systems.
Our OEM/ODM services provide mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic customizations. These options include custom layout configurations (such as vertical, horizontal, low-profile, or multi-port arrays), alternative shell materials (including copper-nickel, brass, or stainless steel), custom LED status combinations, specialized contact gold-plating thicknesses (from gold flash up to 50u"), integrated ESD protection circuits, and customized packaging or custom firmware coding.
For PoE++ (Type 4, up to 90W/100W), our connectors are designed to manage the thermal effects of current transmission and prevent contact damage from electrical arcing during demating under load. We use copper-alloy contacts with gold plating (minimum 30u" to 50u") over nickel barriers, which reduces contact resistance. Additionally, we shape the contact tips so that any demating spark occurs away from the critical data transmission point, maintaining long-term electrical reliability.
